Activating Jade's "Ophanim Eyes" disabled weapon firing

I have been playing Jade quite a bit since the update, and this has only happened once.

I was doing a Sabotage mission on Sedna, activated my 3 (Ophanim Eyes) and suddenly all my weapons were unable to shoot or melee for the rest of the mission. I could still swap weapons, and start the reload animation despite having a full clip. The screen looked normal otherwise, just not able to shoot anymore. The weapons were Boar Prime, Cantare and Orthos Prime, in case that is relevant.
