Get rid of jade lights in normal missions

Get or if of the Jace lights they aren’t even avoidable I jump out of my frame dead I destroy them there back in 3 seconds I try and run out of them heat proc insta kill rolling gaurd it away it’s instantly back even tho I just destroyed it and I can’t get enough time back to back the rolling guards charge I am in mid air still hit by it how is that most annoying condition to get around in game :(
