ACCOUNT/WEBSITE ISSUE; Potential duplicate account

Hi all,

I recently tried to add a friend of mine on Warframe but we were able to find a 2nd account with an exact match to my account name (only difference is capitalisation).

I was able to accept their friend request, however they cannot see me in their friends list.

They were also able to text both accounts and when they texted the suspected duplicate account, I did not receive the message.

 

A separate, but likely related issue is that I cannot log in to submit a support ticket.

When I try to log in, I get sent back to the login screen and just end up being logged out automatically.

 

I have cleared the cache and cookies and tried multiple browsers without success.
