Warframe Crashing

Ever since the Jade update, I have been having lockups and crashes consistently. Not having any other issues with other games, updated drivers, cleaned fans, etc

 

It was especially bad during the Shard missions that had to be disabled, but I've just noticed serious graphical instability and tearing glitches. Is there a patch upcoming to address this?

Same with the crashes, warframe is the only game that doing it. At this point I'm almost sure it's the game problem :/

Setting game to Power saving in launcher helps a bit (at least railjack and missions on earth stopped crashing)
