Bugs after Jade Update

1) Juggernauts refuse to spawn in regardless of how many kills our team gets, but in the rare occasion it does work, the Juggernaut spawns in frozen in place.

2) Cannot click the Archon Mission button, but when it did work, the mission kept ejecting the players.

3) Farmed Pinions on Exterminate on the Zarimon, but I couldn't switch to Operator, because it kept forcing me back into Warframe; finally, I got into its small world, but I was playing my Warframe, not my Operator.

 

Tried to find where to report bugs, but it kept bringing me back to the forum.
