Alchemy Rewards Swapped after Mission Completed

I played 8 rounds of Alchemy and in game, I received two tennokai mods from the C rotation - Opportunity's Reach and Master's Edge.  Both of these mods were new for me, but for some reason, the Master's Edge mod didn't say it was new when I picked it up.  In any case, the bug occurred at the end of the mission.  Once I extracted, I didn't see either mod in the mission rewards, but instead, I had the Mandonel Stock and I think the 1200x Endo rewards instead.
