Another Mandonel bug with the Charged attack

Hi, it's me once again, talking about the Mandonel.

With the "Fire Manual Trigger Weapons Continuously" option turned on, if you hold reload with the Mandonel and charge it up again, you can repeatedly fire charged shots if you press the shoot button over and over again. There seems to be a limit to how fast you can fire it that way though.

My suggestion: Remove the Auto-restart recharge from the Mandonel with the option turned on to fix the issue.

I've tested it a bit, and it seems to just be a bug with just repeated firing of the weapon when it doesn't stagger you, meaning it can be done while in a double jump animation as well, with no need for holding reload.
