(REVAMPED) Fan-made fragmented frame idea: Covulk

Frame concept: Covulk(Revamped)

Theme: fragmented warframe 

Passive: When Covulk Takes Critical damage (This is NOT a wukong based passive).  His fragments will detach from one another. Creating a pile of fragments. Those fragments can move around and kill enemies to fill up the Fallen meter. Once filled, Covulk reforms. If the meter is not filled in time. The Fragments will dissipate (Or in other words Covulk dies. And yes this is a sevagoth or inaros based passive).

Covulk's 1 (25 energy). Fragmented whip (revamped exhalted weapon): Covulk uses his fragments and turns them into a whip that deals radiation damage. If an enemy is struck by the whip they will be chained in place by tiny fragments. Giving them slash ticks.

Covulk's 2 (25 energy). Nulled Riptide: Covulk turns into a tidal wave of fragments. Damaging enemies who were hit by the wave and also giving them constant radiation ticks. 

Covulk's 3 (50 energy). Lohk's defense: (TAP) Covulk discharges an amount of void energy. Giving him and teammates within affinity range a shield buff and a critical chance buff. This can also buff his 4th ability. (HOLD) Covulk discharges and creates a burst of void energy. Enemies hit by the burst get stunned and damaged by void ticks.

Covulk's 4 (100 energy). Void's anthem: Covulk sings in void tongue. Summoning 2 Anatomizers to help him and his team. Activating lohk's defense after summoning the Anatomizers. They too will have the shield and crit chance buff.
