Host Migration Mid Lobby 9/22/24

So started happening yesterday, when I'm in lobby with certain people it will either force disconnect me or them appearing as "Host Migration".  Have tried to find work arounds but it has gotten worse and I can't even match up with parties to farm relics right now without significant hoop jumping that nobody wants to do.  Nothings changed on my end so I was assuming this is a bug and wanted to know if other people are experiencing this or if anyone has a solution.  Also the Warframe Website is appearing in french for me not sure if related.  Tried to post this earlier and looks like it didn't go through at least I don't have any messages or updates on the site.  Seems to be primarily when the lobby gets full or we try to go into relic selection.  I can sit in a lobby with 3 people jsut fine, and some people will appear as if offline to me and it boots either me or that person.
