Oberon rework idea

Hello all, had an idea on a Oberon rework, wanted to put it out there. I personally don't play Oberon, so I'm hoping for some constructive feedback. :)

 

Oberon rework


Stats
 
Health: 475 (625 max rank)

 Shields: 50 (100 max rank)

 Armor: 200

 Energy: 175 (225 max rank)

 Starting energy: 100

 Sprint speed: 1

Passive
 Whenever Oberon takes damage, he gains 100 armor, stacking up to 500 total.

First ability
Smite: 25 energy

 Smite an enemy, making it take bonus damage, as well as tripling the next status effect applied to that enemy. When that enemy dies, it will spread whatever status effect it has onto   other enemies around it.  

 

Strength:

 Damage: 100/200/400/600

 Status effect multi: 3x

 Damage multi: 1.5/1.6/1.75/2x

 

Duration:

 Effect duration: 5s

 

Range:

 Casting range: 20/40/50/60m

 Spread range: 2/4/6/8m

 

Second ability
Judgement: 25 energy

 Pull enemies in a cone in front of Oberon towards him, knocking them onto the ground and opening them up to finishers. Enemies pulled will have a portion of their armor and   shields stripped, granting Oberon bonus armor per enemy pulled.

 

Strength:
 
Shield/Armor strip: 10%/15%/30%/50%

 Armor gain: 25/50/75/100

 

Duration:

 Bonus armor duration: 15 seconds

 

Range:

 Pull range: 10/12/16/20m

 Radius: 15°


 

Third ability
Warding Valor: 50 energy

 Oberon and his allies within range gain 50% damage reduction, Oberon then receives 25% of that reduced damage that his allies take.

 

Strength:

 Damage received: 25% (strength makes it lesser)

 

Duration:

 Buff duration: 10/15/20/30s

 

Range:

 Buff range: 15/20/25/30

 

Fourth ability
Hallowed Ground: 100 energy

 Oberon sanctifies the ground beneath him, buffing himself and his allies and debuffing his enemies. He will grant himself and his allies health regen, extra max health, status   immunity, and a percentage of his armor while continuously damaging enemies inside the radius and triggering viral over time. Enemies that die within Hallowed Ground extend the   duration.

 

Strength:

 Bonus max health: 100/250/425/500

 Health regen: 10/25/42/50

 Percentage of Oberon’s armor: 15%/25%/30%/35% (Oberon receives this bonus to his armor too)

 Damage: 25/50/75/100 (viral damage = 100% status chance)

 

Duration:

 Hallowed Ground duration: 10/15/20/25s

 

Range:

 Hallowed Ground radius: 10/12/14/15m

 

Misc:

 Duration extension: 1/1/1.5/2s

I'd recommend playing him to see what works, what needs help, and try to find what the personality of his kit is.

His kit, IMO, just needs number increases, economy changes, and a new first ability.
