With the new Gemini Skins and Emotes can we finally get an emote and gear UI rework?

Basically title.

Can we please be allowed deeper organization for the emote wheel?

Players should be allowed to make subsections in the emote wheel and gear wheel.

• For emotes this could mean we could put sitting ones in a category, tennocon ones in another, etc.
• As for gear, we could put Necramechs, kaithes, K-drives, etc in one section. Fishing in another. Beacons in another.

Allow Favorited Emotes and Gear. 

• For gear, this would mean if I'm in an applicable game mode and this gear shows up as available, it will overwrite all other settings and show up where I want it.
