Yareli's Merulina buff icon missing when not host in Albrecht's Lab or Zariman

As the title says, if I join a public game in Albrecht's Lab or Zariman, the Merulina buff doesn't show up in the bottom right. The buff is active, it just doesn't show the HP remaining, so it's hard to tell when it wears off. I'm also using the Loyal Merulina mod, not sure if that makes a difference. It's consistent and happens every time I'm not the host.

I haven't noticed it fail to display in other missions besides Albrecht's Lab or Zariman.
