My warframe keeps melee blocking while trying to shoot randomly

My warframe keeps melee blocking while trying to shoot randomly I don't know what causes it or why it happens I just want it to stop, it's super frustrating to keep having my aim be interrupted when I'm just trying to kill things.

No, I am not pressing the wrong key and attacking with melee, it just randomly swaps to my melee and blocks attacks.
