Nova's Antimatter Drop and stagger effect.

I hadn't used this ability for a long time, but the rework gave me an opportunity to do so.

I tried using the Burston Prime with Incarnon, the incarnon mode radial attack has a 2m range which, compared to some weapons, is not much.

But when shooting the Antimatter Drop, it provokes a stagger effect. I have no problem with stagger effects on wall's or enemies, but the aim of the rework is to use this ability quicker and it is a nuisance.

This is not a major problem, but still a surprising mechanism in this case.
