Caliban - lethal progeny bug with molt vigor

Hello

It looks like caliban 3 does not count +45% ability strength from molt vigor in calculations. Tested in mission in a public party and in simulacrum.

I have base 308% ability power which equals rank 92 summons ( 3,08Ap x 30 base rank )
Zenuric hardened wellspring adds 20% so 328%Ap = Rank 98 summons -> this works
Molt Vigor add 45% so 353%Ap = rank 105 (105,9). In reality it still is rank 92
Both wellspring and vigor should add to 373%Ap = Rank 111 (111,6). In reality summons are rank 98
