vulpaphyla is not working as it should be. (I think)

So, sumarizing this new problem, with Koumei's new update some companions appear to have issues in their AI. I don't Know if happens most of the comps, however it's noticable at vulpaphyla's behavior. The pet dosen't use "viral quills" anymore, instead, it priorizes the new "pet weapon" it's claws. Don't need to say it became useless since the damage is not a big deal. 

I don't know if there's a new pet stance mod that helps to fix this problem or is a mistake by DE, please can somebody help me?
