Weird account activity - inventory loosig etc

Hi de team,

 

a pretty concerning issue:

my account is all messed up, bunch of things missing from arsenal, i can t even follow what s missing

I submitted a ticket on the support space, but idk if jt happened from the get go, or afterwards. Both the support ticked, and my posting here seem to be made from

another account?! I used my own login credentials, but my username is not “sunny-nihilist”.

At this stage i don t even how to contact you / get in touch if accounts are getting mixed on server side. Whoever this is (sunny-nihilist) i m sorry, i used my own credentials i don t k ow how i ended up with this…

Please assist

its highly unlikely that someone happens to have the same password and close to impossible to also have the same email/username as you

your acc probably got yoinked, change your password immediatly

Already did that

 

funny thing is that on my pc browser i stayed on the support tab, and the username under which it was posted is mine (cached tab probably from this morning) (i took a screencap).

over here (my cellphone browser) when i go on the support page, it s posted under the same username as this one i m currently under.

I have no clue what s going on

(and no reply frOm de support for 2 days already)

yea that sounds like an error on des end

theres a good chance normal support has no clue how to fix it and everyone on the backend is currently busy fixing the mess that koumei introduced to the game

its probably gonna be a couple days until you get help or possibly 1-2 weeks

maybe its fixed on monday i cant really give a guarantee since idk anyone there
