Joining At The End Of Missions. (Exp Display Bug)

If you join after most of the fighting is done, the end of mission exp display bigs out and tells everyone the same thing apparently. I was on my second account, joined a mission ending, got to extraction, saw the exp screen pop up showing i ranked up my new frame (mag rank 4->5) from the mission exp. Went to arsenal, and my frame is still rank 4. I've repeated the test twice more just to confirm (and I did confirm it) Not a huge priority but probably should be looked into.

This is most evident if you join an assassinate mission after the boss has died, then get to the end, you will see your exp go up, but not as much as the xp screen says you did.
