Leveling Up Weapons Challenge Seems To Have An Off By One Error

Challenges that say get weapon X to level 10, 20, or 30 seem to have an off by one error.

To get the level 10 challenge, I noticed that my weapon leveled to 11 before I got it.

Also, I leveled a bow to 30, but didn't get the challenge. I noticed I got it the next day after I logged in though. Maybe I got enough experience to get the bow to 31 and didn't notice the challenge complete icon pop up.

I have this same error with Brawler (Furax, Obex and Kogake leveled to 30), Dagger (Ceramic, Heat and Dark daggers leveled to 30) and Heavy (Fragor and Galatine leveled to 30)  challenges, but I don't get them in the day after.
