3Rd Warframe

Well guys I need help deciding my 3rd frame, I friend of mine said the Frost is useless if it's not supercharged, I'm crafting it now but I'm not sure if I want to claim it, I have only 2 slots, have only 10 platinum (can't buy platinum), and have no reactor.

My Frames are Rhino and Volt (supercharged).

I want a Frame that can be OP even if not supercharged, Thanks!

Excal, maybe.

Bear in mind that a supercharged frame will almost always be better than a non-supercharged one. Even without the fourth ability, it will have double the health, shield, power max and mod slots.

Excal is ok non-supercharged.

Nyx and Loki are also pretty decent non-supercharged.

To be honest if you're not in a rush I'd wait for Update 7 and see how the two new warframes pan out non-supercharged.

Excal or Loki. Unsupercharged, Excal has 2 Slash Dash nodes, Loki has 2 Invisibility nodes, and each has 4 mod slots. Those two plus Rhino are IMO the best (or least-gimped) frames for someone who doesn't have any potatoes.

Nyx I'd say. If you play her right, you don't get shot at all. It's not a fast clearing frame, but her ulti is pretty bad anyway. If you don't want to supercharge, but still want to tackle nearly any mission, she's the one to do it. She's an excellent solo choice. You won't bring much to the group but you can do what you need to with little problem.

Excalibur is probably one of the better warframes currently without the supercharge. However, I highly recommend waiting until update 7 if supercharge is your deciding factor.
