[DE]Steve
Do you have fire mods? We are updating soon with some performance improvements on those effects.
Antharax
There are fire mods? Jokes aside, I don't think the effects for the freezing damage mods for firearms work. No I haz frozen stuff.
B1gB4ddy
try turning off your Vsync (If it's on). It greatly improoves the frame rate
AlienJay
We should re name the game to Lowframe for its low frame rates xD jk

Sealgaire
I was wondering if it was just in my head, but now that someone else has noticed, yea I'm getting significantly lower framerates after 5.2 as well. Not connected to any particle effect as it's noticeable even in menus. It's most apparent in the sluggish mouse movement. I've had v-sync off the entire time, though I've noticed toggling it off and on now makes no noticeable difference. Any possibility that v-sync is being forced on? It's seems like it is judging by mouse behaviour at least. Before the last patch the game was buttery smooth even despite my ageing hardware. Spec are: ATI Radeon HD 5770 1 GB Intel i3 550 dualcore 3.2g 4 GB of ddr3 window 7 64 bit Like I said, getting on in years but it was running the game perfectly with everything turned on but v-sync at 1280x 1024 (native res). Sealgaire
Updating my drivers seems to have helped, but it still seems slower than before.
DeadlyShadow
I hope DE can fix this, it's really weird that the game runs smoothly and suddently, after the crashing problems, runs so slow
