In-Universe Explanation For Boss Farming?

It's not too much of a stretch to imagine various corpus prototypes are rebuilt with tweaks or modifications every now and then once destroyed, though realistically speaking I doubt you would necessarily be fighting them every time, and especially not under the same circumstance (IE you might be learning about the prototype as either just raw data and wiping that, or destroying a facility meant to create them).

For grineer bosses, it's not too much of a stretch to imagine they are being cloned or at least for some, their organic parts are salvaged and set into a new frame, or perhaps we were fighting a clone of the hero/body double.

Corpus humans though, especially like alad its stretching pretty far for most explanations. Assuming that most corpus are remotely controlled proxies (human or otherwise) you could stretch and say that Alad and anyo may be using proxies, but that's about all I can think of =/

Clearly Warframe takes place in a "Groundhog Day" scenario wherein we are in fact trapped in a time loop and forced to relive the same length of time over and over again for eternity, only able to take our money, gear, and experiences with us when we seamlessly warp back to the start of the loop.  As we reiterate through the cycle, our actions cause a ripple effect back through time that changes history, resulting in various "alternate universe" scenarios such as an invasion of massive Fomorians and the development of settlements on Phobos.  As reality is warped from its initial, natural state, the fabric of spacetime becomes weaker until eventually the entire universe will come to a sudden end, collapsing in on itself and effectively wiping itself from existence.

We can only hope they make Warframe 2 by the time that happens.

yeah, killing a boss over and over sounds very very weird.

They could get away with that by having some bosses run for their life after you have "defeated" them (would be very fitting for Alad V), while for Grineer and robots it can be left like this as the former can just clone another, and the latter can be rebuilt.

And altering the Lotus lines to make it look like you are doing a mission to undermine his power and/or force their faction to live without it for a while until they put up the replacement.
