Mini Boss Suggestion: The Outlaw

So I was watching the lone ranger (Funny movie) and I came up with a mini boss that appears like stalker, but instead he will attack you for stealing credits//resources/mods from survival missions. He has a weaponized horse that has dual cannons on the back of it and he appears as a rugged, light armored male with a mask only showing his white eyes.

 

Stats:

Health:500

Shields: none

Armor:none

 

Arrival: You will be thrown on to a wall doing a slight stun by a electrical rope. Then he will appear in a blue cloud of smoke ounce you have unstunned yourself.

 

Weapons:

-A vasto and lex at ounce

-His horse

 

Abilities:

Throw: Throws you to the nearest wall.

Fisticuffs: Gets off his horse doing max furax damage with his fist.

 

Departure:

He loses:His horse evaporates and he is severly bleeding and makes a run for the exit.

He wins: He rides his horse to the nearest exit.

 

To get drops you need to finish him off by the head. All other body parts are invincible.

 

His drops are a modified vasto and lex.

 

Taunts:

Entrance:

"FOR JUSTICE!"

Fight:

"Make my day, punk"

"Fastest knob in the galaxy"

He wins:" You aint as tough as I thought, punk"

He loses: "Ill get you for your crimes, punk"

He loses and dies:" That aint the last of me..."

I was thinking that he can look somewhat similar to tyl regor with a very scary mask with white eyes
