Frenzy Makes self do more damage (20%/30%/40%/50%) and fire faster (20%/30%/40%/50%) for the duration. 2. Don't have a name for this (welcome to suggestions) Applies a debuff to all enemies in a large area that makes them drop double the ammo that they regularly would. 3. Enfeeble Makes all enemies in an area do less damage. (10%/30%/50%) 4. Marked For Death makes the target glow the color of the warframes energy and makes it take (20%/30%/40%/50%) more damage and when he dies all of his allies run away similar to Nekros' terrify. Most 100-point powers are either crowd killers or serious team buffs; making one enemy die faster then scatter the rest like a roundabout inefficient version of an existing 75-point ability just doesn't seem worth spending 100 energy on, especially not considering his first power is already about making all his enemies die faster. I could imagine maybe either some sort of "gun kata" radial kill or maybe a team buff that grants unlimited ammo and absurdly high crit rate boosts might work better than that would, but then we might need to make sure none of these abilities get too redundant.
