Weapon Design( Was Supposed To Be On Melee Submissions But It Was Too Late)

the weapon is called murcielago, i named it that because it sounds cool.

 

the special ability of this weapon is that it takes away 5% energy every time it hits the targets. the energy is then absorbed by the weapon and provides the user extra energy
