Way too much repetitive gameplay

These words are true, the game is a series of repeats.

There is little variety in missions.

Nothing unexpected happens unless you just started.

And the levels are pretty much recycled, at least as far as I gotten (all of Mercury, half of Saturn, and one zone in Venus).

The game looks good, gameplay is fun, but after the third mission : too much repetition.

It needs more "Scripted" parts in missions, special rooms with ambushes and that kind of things. I don't see myself playing it for too long.

I agree but this is pretty early closed beta. Once the core bugs and core gameplay experience is solid, I think the modularity of the engine and game would let them add more content fairly easily.

Of course this might be illusory and the Evolution Engine might be impossible to code for but that's not how it seems. I know the devs are saying they're planning on new tilesets and backgrounds and new bosses/enemies, so there's that.
