I was standing there, ready to kill the infested (and even did so), but that Vauban just said that we don't need to, since he wanted the kills. We were only there so that more mobs would spawn. I'd never leech, lol. Actually, he was the one doing the leeching, as he could be playing the same mission on private/solo with reduced spawns. Whether that makes him "good" or "bad" depends entirely on his attitude. If he simply gives people a choice and lets them do whatever they prefer, then that's pretty cool. However, if he goes around demanding and causing trouble for people who don't want to support his ascension to the global ranking, then that's really not cool. I hope he wasn't the demanding type.
