(PSN)Xuiryus
Will it happen or can the PS4 just not handle it? They look damn beautiful. Edited January 23, 2014 by (PS4)Xuiryus

-HAKUNA-YOUR-TATAS-
PhysX was licensed to work via software on the PS4. This has been discussed quite a few times here on the forums before. When I first saw the PS4 demo videos of Warframe, I also saw PhysX working. They seem to be absent in the release version. I went and bought a PS4 originally, because I was on an AMD setup on my PC. After I saw the effects we missing I caved in and got a couple of Nvidia GPUs for my big rig. Currently, it seems that after Damage 2.0 the PhysX particle effects have been toned down HEAVILY. Which kinda sucks... With regards to the PS4 and its particle effects ability... It's clearly capable if you watch the Infamous Second Son videos on youtube. Edited January 23, 2014 by sushidubya

moriginal
The ps4 is weak so it can't handle physx.
Egg_Chen
I wouldn't worry too much OP :) They look nice and all, but even though my PC can handle them, I turn them off. I find being able to actually see enemies, my team, and my surroundings can be quite useful. After the initial novelty wore off, it didn't take me long before I turned them off.
