Testiculitis Posted March 21, 2013 Share Posted March 21, 2013 Yes, this is happening to thousands of people and I'm not quite sure why they haven't fixed it yet. I heard some people had luck going into options, disabling the general chat box, restarting game and re-enabling it. Also heard changing your region works sometimes too.
