I have thought about this for a long time... How can Grineer alloy plates be more common than Orokin cells in an Orokin tower??? I mean, sure, you're bound to find some alloy plates from Grineer going into those towers and having their brains replaced with blenders by the Neural Sentry but c'mon... Now I'm starting to think that instead of 4 types of resources per planet, resources should be faction based...

When we originally asked for Orokin Cells in the void, we meant as in one of the 4 things that could drop.
