After The Most Recent Update, Motion Blur Crashes My Graphics

Starting yesterday, every time I would play iliad on phobos, my game would be fine until I got to the boss. as soon as I reached the little cutscene thing, my graphics would lag for1-2 seconds, and the the screen would go black. I could still see the chat window and the animated pictures for the taunts, but that was it. I could also hear chat sounds and message sounds, but no world interaction sounds. also when I died the forfit/revive would come up. this happened consistently several times. in between I restarted the game, the computer, I let it set over night off, I took it apart and cleaned all the dust out. It was only when I thought ot turn motion blur off that it seemed fixed.

 

for reference I have a core 2 duo, with a GTX 460 OC. ~ 8 GB's ram it worked fine before the update.
