Warframe Powers Unlock

Hello !! I don't know how to activate the powers of my Excalibur warframe. I'm level 14-15 on every weapon i have instaled some mods but the power slots (1,2,3,4,5etc) are empty i mean at the begining tutorial was a slice dash kinda power ...how can i get this or what other powers Excalibur has. I'm a beginer i've instaled the game for 3 days and i;ve played it for 10h . Thank you !

If you click on the wrench under your warframe you should get the mod equip screen, the four slots with the double marks are designed for your skills, of which you should technically have all 4 already

Just click and drag em in
