Hframe, It Isnt Your Normal 'frame

ok so here goes,



some Orokin scientists decided that they needed another new frame that shouldn't be mainstream or in other terms mass produced and used, so in their labs came out this... the Hipsterframe,
oh and your probably thinkin, hey what does he look like? does he look like a hipster? dk, all i know is you just havent seen him yet because it aint common. yet..

its stats are probably a mix between loki, volt, and nova lol

Ability 1: Hot Invigorating Liquid - the warframe produces several small containers of this hot liquid that are dropped on the floor like mines, if an enemy units tries to touch it it explodes and procs it with BURN. But if an Ally gets it, their Atk speed and movement speed are increased for 15/20/25/30 seconds.

Ability 2 : Old Taboo - the warframe produces an unidentified item that will interest enemies so much it has a random chance to turn enemies to run away or to attack enemies/ attack the item itself, increasing Rank will increase the item's HP and shields.

Ability 3 : Capture - in a cone, theres a bright flash then enemies inside the cone will freeze as they are blinded but just reduced accuracy for a few seconds.

Ability 4 : Selfie - the warframe produces another artifact but appears to be a part of it that he aims to his head and all units behind the warframe gets either a debuff or a buff depending on if they are an ally or not, the Buff is +%DMG, +%movement speed, AND the debuff for enemies are -%movespeed, atk dmg reduction, and atk speed.

Not bad I guess but for some reason all of these sound like abilities from a MOBA such as Dota for some reason to me.
