Seer is one of my favorite pistols.  I like the zoom on it, makes it great for picking off targets at range.  It's designed to be a sniper pistol. 

Hmm, although I feel that the Zoom-In also makes it a sniper-pistol the projectile speed also makes it kind of bad for that kind of thing, since enemies can easily run away and avoid getting hit after you fire a shot or 2 at them.

Don't find that an issue, since the speed isn't that bad (compared to Boltos or bows), enemies tendency to take cover, and the first shot kills them (barring heavies, but they don't tend to move rapidly.  Admittedly, that's for my Seer, with catalyst, and not again enemies 40+).  Besides, hitting a moving target at long range (in game terms) shouldn't be super-easy.

 

That said, I certainly wouldn't object to faster bullets =)

It would be kind of neat if it had innate Blast damage, but I think considering how high its base physical damage is already, I'd rather stick with it as it is and keep using my blast damage setup for it on mods.
