Requesting Some Graphic Options To Turn Off Certain Effects

my pc notebook can't handle certain effects on some maps, for example:
-flashlight on night earth jungle map and infested missions
-smoke on infested missions or grineer research lab

the results are much lower fps, stutter and mouse input delay while other than that i can enjoy warframe on 40-60 fps. i can deal with lower fps, but mouse input delay? nuh-uh.

low fps on some maps against low fps caused by flashlight on infested missions feels totally different thanks to the mouse input delay.

all i need is graphic option to turn off that kind of effects.
and if i can turn flashlight on or off by pressing a hotkey, that'd be great.

note:
-i already have the latest vga driver.
-i'm using the lowest graphic setting possible on warframe and vga control panel.

but this problem exists since the beta..

and what i know is that DE is trying hard to make players with low performance pcs can enjoy warframe more.

trivia: a few months ago some smoke/steam effect on grineer galleon tileset can suck my fps from 60ish to 20ish, but now it's smooth as silk.

We are in open beta. Closed beta? Alpha?
