So, Mevanite(Nick named Mevan), like stalker is a rouge tenno. She believes that knowledge is power and she must learn everything reality has to offer. She also believes all life is expandable. Here is what I have come up with:

 

Lore: "The orokin, a empire of greatness, I was a lesser guardian, like the petty fool you call "The Stalker". For now I must learn, learn everything about the origin system and nothing can stop me. Like the orokin showed me, to get what you want, just think. It was the ceremony of the victory of the Tenno. I watched as they slaughtered our emperor, with such grace and power. Then it came to me....to learn what I want, get it from the tenno and any other, annoyances. I am Missa the disciple of the universe". 

 

Appearance: Blue and white Corrupted mask with saryn body armor.

 

Arrival Cause: Since she must learn everything from the tenno, she has a chance to come every time a weapon/ frame/ mod levels.

 

Arrival and Departure: She releases a radial knockback and goes through a circular portal like nova's.

 

Weapons: 

 

Knowledge: A pair of orokin engineered gauntlets -high melee damage melee-

 

Intelligence: A three beam laser cannon  -High damage primary and windup time-

 

Information: A pair of miniature Nitrogen throwers -Low but extremely fast damage mini ignises with ice damage-

 

Behavior: Equivalent to the stalker

 

Abilities:

 

1: Learn: Next offensive / defensive ability is copied by her for the same exact stats and cooldown. (only uses it ounce)

 

2:Deception: Creates multiple fake versions of her self, while under a magnetic proc.

 

3: Star pulse: Creates a radial pulse of electrical and radiation damage.

 

4: Dispel

 

5: Radiation miasma.

 

 

Taunts: 

 

In fight

 

"Such strength, yet you use it for "good"....you are a fool"

 

"Such grace, I must learn how"

 

"Such bravery, just stay still and this will be over soon"

 

Using abilties

 

"I have watched you, now I know your manner"
 

" You serve the lotus, she takes advantage of your gifts"

"I was going to give you death, but ill will now do a more...cruel approach"

 

"Arrogant fool, don't you see the lotus is not your ally, you serve the orokin"

note: She can not spawn in Assasination missions and dojos.

The stalker is not a rogue tenno and but having missa as a rogue tenno could open up a whole new can of lore.
