DeadScream
Excalibur should stay, but how about changing the two others sometimes ? Week 1 Excalibur - Mag - Loki Week 2 Excalibur - Volt - Loki Week 3 Excalibur - Volt - Ash Week 4 Excalibur - Ember - Ash Week 5 Excalibur - Ember - Loki Week 6 (=1) Excalibur - Mag - Loki As you can see, in my mind it's not about being able to play any warframe from the beginning. Only the basical "casters" would be available, and Loki would just rotate with Ash. It would give the new players an opportunity to play a "ninja" warframe that would not be the hard to use Loki if they are not interested in Excalibur or an elemental warframe. What do you think about it ? Would it be better for new players or is it a stupid idea ? 85% of new players pick Excalibur. Would it change if they were able to choose Ember or Volt instead of Mag ? Desauron
That wont add diversity, diversity will be when warframes will NOT be gender lock. And the starting warframe wont have a name and abilities, you will need to upgrade the starter frame into... whatever frame you want. This way newbies, wont start with something they dont like. Easymac
Nope. Keep it the way it is, or add every frame (other then primes/banshe/vauban) to the list, to pick from any one of them.

Banshee is in the lab now, so maybe only primes and Vauban ? And also Rhino because mastery rank restriction, and Nova because bad idea ? ^-^"

I like the idea of the upgrade for the starter frame, but I don't think a majority wants the gender swap. Only few people are convinced they are doing something strange when they play a character that is not their own gender, but heh, it's only a game. Do you choose only male characters when you play street fighter ? Nobody cares who you are in real life, only your gameplay matters.
