GraalOhOtonami
Warframe Name: Sidhe Shields: 50 Health : 90 Armor: 90 Energy: 150 Polarities: 4 x = 1 x V 1 x - Ablities: Ability 1: Stormcall Cost: 25 Augments all Tenno with a small amount of electric damage on top of normal weapons. - 15/30/45 dmg, affected by duration, power, etc. Lasts 7/14/21 seconds. Ability 2: Ravenheart Cost: 30 Sidhe is covered in shadows and feathers and she does extra melee damage. - Small speed buff, same damage buff as above. Lasts 10/15/20 seconds. Stormcall and Ravenheart cannot be active at the same time, or Ravenheart cancels/overrides Stormcall. Ability 3: Dark Flight Cost: 70 Sidhe teleports to the targeted enemy, knocking them down and granting her the upper hand. - Targetted teleportation, weak knockdown affect similar to dropkick, +200% crit chance and +50/100/150% crit damage for 3/5/7 seconds. Ability 4: Carrion Call Cost: 100 Shadows and lightning emanate from the cast point, confusing enemies and stunning others, leaving them vulnerable. - Lasts 10/15/20 seconds, does similar damage to Volt's shock. Radius of 12/15/18 meters, affected by duration, power, reach, etc. Description: A knight of dark rage, Sidhe is the result of the same research project that spawned Oberon, and an intended counterpart to him or Loki. She is a powerful avenger on the battlefield. She represents the darkness of war, a fierce guardian of allies and a figure of fear to our enemies. While she is strong, she is fragile, relying on skill and her abilities to turn the tide of wars. Be careful Tenno, she is as fickle as her name suggests, do not doubt her. Opinions? Concept: The Sidhe are also known as the Fair Folk, in other words, fairies. Sidhe here is based on the character Sive from Chasing the Bard by Phillippa Ballantine, her personality is dark, she is powerful and her icons are Ravens and lightning storms. Much of her power comes from her powers alone, and she is physically relatively weak when compared to humans or even most other fairies. GraalOhOtonami
Nice teleport idea u.u Seemed a bit OP, so I increased the energy cost but added additional crit damage, it should scale reasonably at later levels now.

GraalOhOtonami
Casting both Stormcall and Ravenheart with a cost of 55 effectively gives you a damage boost of 30/60/90 on melee, a chance to stun and increased speed. Not bad, eh?

GraalOhOtonami
Yes like this but with a shark helmet and something like jellyfish hands :P I think that fin's already shark-fin-ish enough, and we already have a Hammerhead on Loki. So far, Nekros is the only Frame with non-humanoid hands.
