But have been able to work around it by manually changing .ini files to suit my needs. the problem: My graphic card works best when it displays, 1024 x 768 in most games. Unfortunately with Warframe when I choose this display setting, with fullscreen, my monitor displays a "cannot display video mode" error. I believe this is due to the game's default refresh rate. My monitor can only do 60hz, and if there were an option to change the refresh rate, i think it would solve the problem. So I am forced to run it in windowed mode, which isnt ideal.
