A throwable skana is not good no matter how fast it is compared to the original. I think the Ui is a liar and it is not 75 charge damage. I think other people have comment about it being 150 already, but for some reason the Ui cuts it down by 1/2. I'll retest it again in a bit to see if I am wrong about it being 150 already.
