Strange Beeping And Loss Of Fps?

I downloaded Warframe two days ago. It is an awesome game and it's a lot of fun. BUT, recently i've been coming across these really annoying beeping sounds and loss of fps while playing the game, causing me to have to restart it.

While I am playing the game, at random times it will beep and make my character pause whenever I press a key. It is really annoying and completely random and I have been trying to fix it, but the only solution I have is restarting the game, where, in 10 minutes or so the same thing will happen, disallowing me to the play game.

Note: I have uninstalled and re-installed the game 3 times already.

Any solutions or suggestions? Thanks.

Did you turn off everything in Ease of access center -> Make the keyboard easier to use?

I found this happened to me with sticky keys on when I held I *think* shift for a long time for sprinting.

In windows 7 it's for filter keys and sticky keys.

Go to ease of access in your control panel
click "Make the keyboard easier to use"
click "Set up sticky keys"
Uncheck "turn on sticky keys when shift is pressed 5 times."
Click ok
Click "set up filter keys"
uncheck "turn on filter keys when shift is pressed for 8 seconds"
Click OK

Click OK

 

No more beeping!  And you don't get weird input lag even when you host!
