Melee Animation Sends You Outside Of Level

On the Corpus planet (not Jupiter), there is a section that leads to the extraction. It goes from inside the Corpus building to the outside. You have to break two grates to get through that short vent. I don't have screen shots, but hopefully you know where I am talking about.

 

I did a stealth kill inside the vent with the Bo (staff), and the animation send me outside the vent. The first time I was send back into the vent, but the second time I fell through the map and died.

 

I assume this can happen in any small area when you do the Bo stealth animation.
