MrPigman
okay, so we have the Ogris and we have the torid and we have the penta! all factions have their own big explodey weapon except for the corpus, and i for one would love seeing huge energy explosions the color of the energy i selected! however this gun must differ from the rest (just as each one is unique in its own right)! i have a few ideas on how it would work! EXPLODING ENERGY WEAPON! GO! 1: Death Ray - hold trigger, much like the phage, but its a huge laser that doesnt need to focus. downfall: it creates energy explosions upon impact and the explosions do hurt you (like any explosive weapon except torid) 2: Charge Blaster - Charge trigger, charges up like the ogris has to but the releases an instantaneous beam of destruction that will pierce enemies only. no splash damage. 3: Plasma Cannon - semi auto trigger with low fire rate that fires large exploding balls of energy that have minor drop. 4: Vortex Engine - charge trigger, at the end of the charge it creates essentially a mini vauban ult at aimed location for half a second 5: Particle Collider - charge trigger, after charging will detonate target location making an energy explosion that can hurt you. Which one would you like best? any ideas of your own? opinions? Edited March 11, 2014 by MrPigman
Guest
The Penta is Corpus. EDIT: However, I wouldn't say no to the Particle Collider. Edited March 11, 2014 by Guest

VKhaun
Just going by theme, Plasma Cannon sounds distinctly Grineer to me. Death Ray we already have, it just needs a utility buff of some kind to justify giving up the damage of Synapse. Causing mini explosions is not something I'd considered before. I like it. Maybe something like the D3 Wizard Run where their Disintegrate has a chance to make defeated enemies explode.
