Latency Cause Fps Drop ?

Hey;

After countless chating with suport, reading other people problems with fps drops i start to thinking it's not my pc configuration, it's my internet download/upload speed. At least, i think it is.

-What you guys/girls think about it, is it possible that i get low, unstable fps because i have slow internet ?
-If yes, how i can fix it ( not upgrading internet, obviously ), is there any 'sweet spot' or i should say 'sweet settings' in windows or Warframe itself ?

Please, any tip, help needed. I can't play 'normaly' since update 10 or 11 i don't remember. Before that my fps was kinda stable and game smoother, now, everything is scrambled and broken.

You had similar problem and Know how to fix it, maybe i'm wrong, maybe it's 3rd thing..

It's a recent issue. It's not your connection, it's the game itself. The game has been laggy for some people.

Try running the game in 32 bits, as stated by one Community moderator.

Definitely not internet. Something happened with their code as far as I read.

I think it's from update 10, not 12. Maybe 12 worsen it or someting. I didn't pay much attention because i kinda use to it.. 

About 32bit, i always play on that and Dx11 off.
Experiment with mutli-rendering show no possitive / negative, it's same. 

Thanks for answers, hope DE notice our prayers and fix what's important.. not just adding weapons, colurs etc.. that is lower priority if you ask me.
