Honestly I am happy with it being non-tradable, it made me happy when they talked about potato alerts in the livestream. Note, it's not so difficult. Seems that you can abuse this in a way, making a spare account for collecting double the potatoes and pushing them all to one account. I think there's a reason we can only trade certain things. Why bother making potatoes and forma tradable when you can just sell some stuff in trade chat for platinum and buy them directly from the market? It's really not that hard.
