Superframe

The idea of a superframe would take place in a time of desperate need and would require something that traditional frame energy wouldn't be able to sustain.

A superframe would use a different and costly source of energy: An orokin cell.

When activating an ability, the ability will consume an orokin cell and after it's use, the cell will become waste. the cell will be gone and the way to activate another ability would be to consume another cell.

Energy mods will not work on/with the superframe as it uses a different and more intense source of energy.

A superframe will have basic stats (excluding regular energy) and it's abilities will cost 20points in the loadout each (and cannot be upgraded) or 10 points under their polarities.

Ability #1  - Overdrive. Overdrive will double the superframe's stats and stats/ranks of equipped mods for a short amount of time (for example, a rank 14 vitality would become rank 28 while Overdrive is active). The ability will only affect frame stats/frame mods. An aura of energy will cover the frame while power is active.

Ability #2  - Impact. Similar to the Excaliber's ult and Rhino's stomp, The superframe will flex one arm up and it's fist will be covered by an orb of energy and the frame will have a tiny bit of electricity running across it. The orb of energy will be brighter than the aura of energy, but not overly bright. Next, the superframe will punch the ground which will cause all enemies surrounding the frame within a 15-20m radius to drop their weapons and be knocked over as bolts of energy mixed with electricity hit a limited amount of enemies that were affected and a limited amount of damage with a 100% status chance will be inflicted.

Ability #3  - Devastation. Devastation is simply a variation of overdrive, but applicable to your primary and senteniel's weapons. It will double all stats and mods of your primary and senteniel's weapon. (See overdrive for example)

Ability #4  - Final Blow. Final Blow will cause a random orb of energy (either fire, electricity, poison, or ice. all 4 will have an equal opportunity of being used, but will be up to RNG) to emerge from the superframe's hand and the superframe will throw the orb of energy at a targeted enemy. Upon impact, the orb will explode, dealing a MASSIVE amount of damage (which will be a OHK for almost all enemies). The orb will only affect the targeted enemy and have a splash damage raius of 2m-3m (splash damage will be about 15% of damage dealt).

The superframe will only be able to carry a limited amount of cells at once and the only time the cells can be replinshed is during interval/intermission between missions. Cells used comes from how many cells you have and are consumed each time an ability is used. The cells will pop into the superframe's arm like a AA battery and pop out when consumed.

I can't draw to save my life, so i'll leave it to your imagination. :)

Thats the idea. The superframe is something in a time of need when efficency just can't be something to be worried about. It is supossed to be a rarity that will turn the tide in almost any situation.

It's balance and something that shouldn't be used in normal missions.

Here's the problem with that line of thinking, though: People won't be taking it into anything resembling a normal mission, which means that if there's ever a "time of need" that's not just some insanely overpowered mission specifically meant for this frame, this frame absolutely will NOT help, at all.

it will be for solo use for missions like hunting and capturing/exterminating the stalker, G3, Vay Hek 3.0, destroying a large amount of elite enemy reinforcements, special event missions, etc. It will have its own special use.

Most of which are still possible with normal frames and normal weapons, and definitely not worth resources per power use. In fact, three of those things you listed rely on going into a mission with this frame instead of a normal one that could be more consistently useful, and Vay Hek probably won't be that much tougher than any other boss, MAYBE Lephantis difficulty at the most. And for event missions, having really powerful skills won't always help. In fact, none of the skills you gave would have helped any more than existing frame skills in the last event. But the crux of the matter is that, in the long run, none of the skills are worth it. Using permanent resources to get yourself out of a temporary bind, when the "punishment" consists of not getting some loot, is not worth it. Ditching any normal skills and a significant chunk of mod energy for extremely situational skills that you could very well never use is not worth it. Spending cells that would be better used to make a Prime weapon or something to try to clear an event, only to fail because none of them block bullets well enough, is not worth it. Ultimately, it's a pointless gimmick that no one will use because, in the end, nobody wants to kill an enemy using a cell when bullets from their gun work just as well. And they can get bullets far more easily than cells.
