Wouldn't The Tenno Primes Actually Be "bad Guys"....?

Remember allso that official texts say:

war with another sentient species. So, aliens have in fact been in Sol system.

Those that survived hid in cryo chambers. This suggests the war raged on, and that Tenno had powerful enemies.

Is it not likely that the Orokin Army, Stalker included, fought the Tenno?

And since Corpus reverse engineer robots, they must have fought in the war as well.

Tenno are only "Evil" if Primes come with preinstalled Neural Link.

Empires rise and fall. The Sentients were a enemy of the Orokin. The Sentients lost, or did they? Who says the Lotus is not actually the last Sentient and gained control of the Tenno, having them turn on the Orokin leaders. After the Orokin Empire fell It could have developed into the Grineer and Corpus Empires. This would explain why the Stalker only comes after you when you kill a boss, since you would actually be killing remnants of the old Orokin Empire. Since the Stalker seems to be stuck in the past he would still see the Grineer/Corpus leaders as being the same group of people. This would also coincide with the Tenno being the betrayers according to the Corpus. The Grineer don't really seem to care that much so they might feel like they ended up better off after the fall. So in the end the prime warframes would be the original suits who were designed by the Orokin and used by the Tenno to take them out.
