No requirements in terms of skill. We all the buildings: energy, bio, chem, and tenno labs; obstacle course; arena; trading post; etc. Whenever I can get a group together we do vault runs, void, and OD. We help each other out running missions, and teach others how mission works and tricks to bosses.
