Warframe Concept: Eigen

Appearance

Similar to a three piece suit with folds in his armor to evoke lapels, a collar, vest and a loose fold of energy similar to a tie under his neck. His right arm swirls with empty space as parts of it phase in and out of existence and in this hand he holds a pair of energy colored six-sided dice. When performing animations that require two hands the dice roll back and forth over his shoulder until it finishes. Otherwise, Eigen holds and fires guns with his left hand. When he's knocked down, the dice fly high into the air and he catches them as he gets up. Eigen only drops his dice on the floor when downed.

Stats

Somewhat high shields, very low health, high energy, high stamina, high sprint speed.

Abilities

Dice:
Eigen throws his dice above him for a brief moment while he straightens his tie. When he snatches them out of the air he blinks out of existence and back into any random "floor" location on the map besides the room he was in, including extraction. Enemies in the vicinity where he disappears and appears will be confused for a few moments.

Entanglement:
Eigen throws one of his die at a targeted enemy. Eigen and the enemy are entangled as the die orbits the enemy with an energy colored tether between the dice. The enemy will fire, melee and reload in perfect sync with Eigen while aiming at the same exact spot. If Eigen uses Entanglement again within it's duration, they will both use the enemy's special ability. The enemy will travel the same path as Eigen and jump/climb when they reach the same spot Eigen has. Enemies cannot parkour, however, and if Eigen parkours for a given range, entanglement will end. Otherwise the enemy will remain still and resume mimicing when Eigen lands. When firing under entanglement, Infested will instead melee at Eigen's target. Using any other ability ends entanglement. Alternatively, if Eigen throws his die onto the floor a fellow Tenno may choose to pick it up and become entangled, dealing up to double damage when attacking the same enemy as Eigen.

Uncertainty:
Eigen becomes semi-transparent and blurred as he rapidly phases position and velocity. All enemies within range are unwaveringly aggrod to him but their attacks and projectiles go through his body. Eigen cannot attack or use other abilities for the duration but he can revive squad mates, use items and interact with objects.

Flipside:
Eigen stashes his dice and produces a coin glowing with energy matching his own on one side and the exact opposite on the other. While the coin continually flips and lands on the same side, Eigen and other Tenno in the vicinity have dramatically increased critical and status probability.
