How Do We Get Stance Mods!?!?

Stance mods! I can't get them. Why is it after the Hotfix the rarely dropped Stance Mods no longer drop on my account? Someone enlighten me please.

 

Is this a bug or a bad joke i'd like to know.

 

I've been trying to obtain Stance Mods for my weapons from the enemies, but all I get is warframe ability mods even ones that don't drop from that enemy. I find this way to difficult to collect so much as one Stance Mod for my weapons.

 

I would like someone to tell me what is going on here!

Just keep trying, I got the machete one on my first try to get a stance mod,

view the stance drop guideline or just transmute rares. (transmute extra frame abilities too)

Only 20? Pff... Rookie... I killed Nef Anyo enough times to make him cry for over 40 runs -.-

And Sargas Ruk? 5 Times so far and no Stance...

No I didn't get Nef Anyo Stance mod... Unfortunately I'm not blessed by the RNG Gods to this... But I do manage to get Sargas Ruk Stance mod... So I think it might be my unluckyness or Nef Anyo is broken...
